Which level should I choose?
New to training or coming back after a break: Level 1. Training consistently for 6+ months: Level 2. Strong, experienced and looking for a challenge: Level 3. Each guide explains who it's for.
What equipment do I need?
Kettlebell series: a small set of kettlebells. Recommended weights for each level are in the guide, and Level 3 uses a pair. Home series: nothing at all, with optional band and dumbbell alternatives for every exercise.
Do the videos cost extra?
No. Every exercise links to a free YouTube demo from an established coach, credited inside the guide.
